铁基非晶合金带材 Fe-based Amorphous Alloy Ribbons
铁基非晶带材是一种新型软磁合金材料,主要包含铁、硅、硼等元素。其制备工艺与传统一冶金工艺不同,由钢液一步制成非晶薄带,省去了传统冶金工艺的铸、锻、中间退火、轧制等多道工序,节省了大量能源,且无污染无排放,因此也被誉为环保、节能、高效的新型材料。
Fe-based amorphous strip is a new kind of soft magnetic alloy material, which mainly contains iron, silicon, boron and other elements. The preparation process is different from the traditional metallurgy process, the amorphous thin strip is made from liquid steel in one step, eliminating the traditional metallurgy process of casting, forging, intermediate annealing, rolling and other processes, saving a lot of energy, and no pollution and no emission, so it is also known as environmental protection, energy saving and efficient new materials.
